IT IS NOT THE RIGHT WAY THING TO TELL THE CUSTOMER THAT SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU WHEN THEY HAVE TIME ANG GIVE YOU A TICKET NUMBER . I CAN DO SAME WHEN DISPENSING THE MEDICATION AND TELL THAT CUSTOMER THAT YOUR MEDS ARE REPLACE WITH TICKET NUMBER.

Worst customer service ever. After corporate take over from independant owner. No one care about independant pharmacy, all independant pharmacy that i know off are frusteted. no one call back, even after several follow up and waiting on phone for 1-2 hrs ( yes it'ss a real time, i hold the phone with them for 1-2 hr each time). sened couple emails, no response.
if anyone want to buy new software, look for other option, i will NOT recommand this company at all.

Called and was prompted to leave a voicemail 6 times already after staying on the line for 15 to 45 minutes each time I called. I also submitted a support ticket. Nobody has reached out to me. Absolutely abysmal customer service, all I need is to get it installed on 2 new computers.

Jennell claims she is the account manager who is so rude. has zero patience at all to listen to your concern and hung up on me. Totally unacceptable.

Very user friendly, excellent customer service and I don't remember having any issues in my 21 years of using it. Owners, both brothers, are very decent, approachable down to earth people.
