Highly recommend Green Star Appliance Repair!
I was referred by a friend and reached out to Green Star to fix my dishwasher. Roman explained everything clearly - what the problem was, exactly what needed to be done, the cost, and the timeline. He was able to come the same day (even after hours when I had an urgent issue) and fixed it quickly and professionally.
I really appreciated that they had common parts on hand and got everything working perfectly right away. Very reliable and honest service. Would highly recommend!

Green Star was recommended to me by a friend. My washing machine was leaking and I called Roman. He sent Oleksii out right away and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He figured out the problem very quickly. We agreed that it wasn’t worth fixing so I proceeded to buy a new washer from them. Both Roman and Oleksii installed my washer and removed my old one. They were both very friendly and the installation and removal was very smooth. They were tidy and efficient. I will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend.

This was by far the best service I’ve ever received. Oleksii came by today to fix my microwave and was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose and repair the issue, was incredibly friendly, and patiently answered all of my questions.

I used Green Star to fix my stove. I was happy that Roman wad able to come after hours, since I was in urgent need of my stove the next day. Luckily they have common parts on them, so he was able to fix it right away. I like the fact that he was very honest and didn't try to sell me service that I dont really need, but rather preferred to have. Will definitely recommend them to my friends and will be using their services in the future.

When our fridge stopped cooling, we called Green Star and spoke with Roman. He immediately assured us he could help us and booked us in for an appointment the next day. Roman messaged he was on his way and was right on time. He was professional, knowledgable and kind, acting with a sense of urgency. He needed a little more time to search for the part he needed and assured us he’d call us with the quote before the day was over. He did exactly that and the quote was reasonable.
He came back the next day with the part and installed it in less then 30 minutes. The fridge works great now.
I highly recommend Green Star and specifically Roman. It was a fantastic experience!

5/5 service! The hinge on our fridge door was broken so I called Green Star to find out if this was something they would be able to fix. They were willing to see me right away but we arranged an appointment the following day. Oleksll came and did a fantastic job. Not only was he professional and knew exactly how to identify the problem, he was also very pleasant and even vacuumed the debris after he was finished. I called Green Star because my friend referred them to me. Happy I called them. My fridge stop working, them came same day, although it was late at night, since I had lots of food in the fridge that I didn't want to go bad. They were able to fix the fridge same day. Very professional guy and was also very friendly and took time to explain what happened to the fridge. Very happy with their service and will recommend them to my friends.

The Green Star team have helped me with many appliance issues over the years, from repairs to installations. Always been fair in terms of pricing, did a great job and just seem like good honest guys.

Most recently they helped me install a washer and dryer that I cannot imagine otherwise fitting down my stairs of my old Toronto house.

Green Star appliance is a company you can absolutely trust. I contacted them in July, 2025 regarding my dryer and they booked an appointment immediately. The Tech who came to my home was a wonderful young man name Oleksil who was honest about ordering the part needed and returned in 2 days with the part. He fixed my dryer and cleaned up after the job was done. I'm very happy with the work done and recommend this company.

Fast. Reassuring. Experienced. Capable. We are extremely grateful to Roman and Green Star Appliances for saving the day with our dryer. After calling several appliance repair services, who immediately dismissed our situation and told us the machine is old, doesn’t have available replacement parts, and is irreparable, it was such a relief to speak to Roman.
