I had been taking my dogs to Waldenway for years. We always had a great feeling about leaving them there and the dogs seemed to really enjoy going.nAt our last visit my dog did not receive all of his medication for the week(3doses missed over 7 days time) I sent two emails over a period of a week addressing my concern and not once received a reply.nThe customer service is very poor. A simple phone call would have been nice and would have set my mind at ease that an error like this won't happen again. nI am sad to say that we will not be taking out dogs back there because of this.
