We entrusted BredinsBest to look after our pets while away on our big family vacation this year. We checked in with the sitter at our leisure, and returned to our well cared for pets and home. Thank you BredinsBest!

This sitter was absolutely pathetic. She did not follow any of our instructions. My husband and I had spent countless painstaking hours outlining the care for our cats, one of whom is borderline diabetic and whose health has been put at risk by this sitter. We were able to simplify our instructions which could have been followed easily by a child. We had two sessions with Karen who obviously had not listened to anything at all.
When she first arrived, she quite literally sat herself down in front of our tv, oblivious to the cats and ourselves. I should have thrown her out then but we had a plane to catch!!!!! $80 per day is absolutely ludicrous but especially when you've realized you've been deceived. She depleted a huge supply of costly vet food in 15 days which would normally take us several months to use!!!!!!!! She was throwing out our expensive canned food and, despite very easy and clear instructions, fed the cats tons of anything but what they were supposed to eat.
Adding salt to the wound was Jean's (the "company") denial of any wrong doing, despite the clear evidence, right here in our home. Unbelievable.

We've used Bredin's Best for years to take care of our cats, they are our family so we actually have a live-in sitter, our cats are well taken care of and get lots of playtime and affection.

This pet sitting company is a farce. They present you with accountable reliable sitters then cancel them and send you inadequate replacements. They save their best sitters for their regulars. Save your money and look elsewhere
