With all due respect the knowledge of grooming the bouvier breed is lacking in detail ... Please have your groomers educate themselves on how to groom a bouvier what they are doing is disgraceful ...now the dog is clean no problems with care but the finished product is horrid .....there are enough bouviers in Niagara that I am sure an owner would be willing to do a demo for your staff ..it was an embarrasement to see the out come of the fawn bouvier ....

When I take my Golden Retriever Charlotte there, she pulls at the lead to go inside, and to me there is NO better recommendation. I know she is happy there, that the staff are kind, and I can leave not feeling the least bit guilty.
