Great people! They went above and beyond to get a MRI report that was being held hostage by an MRI office. The reason for holding up the report was that they claimed that insurance hadn't paid yet. Wonderful care, kind staff, and client support is extraordinary!

It is not uncommon for a Husband and Wife to run a medical office. The staff and the Dr has always been super friendly

I went in once for my scoliosis, trying to get a treatment, and they told me they weren't taking any more patients at that time. The staff were extremely rude to me. They didn't even try to answer any of my questions. I didn't feel at all welcome or comfortable. I think I also saw a bedbug, roach, or something else scurrying around.

Quite frankly, it's the most unprofessional, uncomfortable, unpleasant, unwelcoming office I've ever been to, and I've been through West Madison, and Alton.

They also tried to charge me, despite having medical insurance that covers chiropractic needs. After that, when I told them, they threatened to call the police and have me charged with trespassing.

The first time I called Euclid Chiropractic I asked if they have a digital x-ray machine because they emit less radiation than the old analog machines. I was told by the receptionist that they did.

I saw Dr. Tim Towers for back pain and he suggested I get x-rays. I asked him also, "do you have a digital x-ray machine?" I made it clear that I did not want them taken with an analog machine. Dr. Towers told me their x-ray machine was digital and took some x-rays of my back.

Just afterwards I noticed him pulling an x-ray film out from behind me used with analog x-rays but not digital. I said I thought you had a digital x-ray machine!? Dr. Towers said it was but it can take both analog and digital pictures. I was very upset because he knew the reason I asked was because I didn't want x-rays taken with an analog machine of which he assured me.

I even called an x-ray company when I got home, G.E. medical division radiology sales and asked them about this. The representative told me there is no such thing as an x-ray machine that takes both analog and digital x-rays!

I write I wrote Dr. Towers three times telling him how upset I was and why. I said that regardless of the dangers of the x-rays, it was his integrity I was more concerned about and that he lied to me, his patient, what else might he lie about to other patients?!

I told Dr. Towers in my emails that he is a medical doctor and should be held to a higher level of integrity than other professionals and he never replied to my emails.
