The fence job itself was great! Very quick installation and the guys who came out made sure everything was even and well
done. The issue with Buzz fencing is the customer service. I had them out for a quote and I was told it would be a few weeks but it took a month to even get the documents straight for me to pay and get the project scheduled. I could never reach Niko, my sales rep, directly and he only responded to me after I called the main office. I called several times over a two-month period to verify the progress and scheduling of my own project which is not my job but again Niko completely ignored my text messages and calls. I would not recommend Buzz fencing because of the customer service issues they have.

My husband paid for a partial fence installation in May through Home Depot, and it is now August and it still has NOT been done yet. Kimberly comes up with every excuse in the book as to why it has not been done! Absolutely ridiculous!! Let me get even more specific, since the excuse now is it's the permit from the city, and nothing they can do. We met with Kimberly for the quote at the lot, she stood there and looked at the lot, discussed what was needed, took a copy of the survey and said she would have a quote by end of the day or next day. It took longer than a week to get a quote. We said we wanted a Project Loan, she said apply online. Applied online and there was an error, went into Home Depot and an associate opened the Project Loan with no problem, but questioned why the salesperson (Kimberly) couldn't assist. Kept in contact with Kimberly to try to close the sale, she emailed a contract that wouldn't finalize at the end. Went into a Home Depot again after not being able to reach Kimberly on the phone, she finally called back after the store called her. Paid for the project over the phone with her on a Saturday in May, she said they would start the fence the following Tuesday. Then it was one thing after the other: she needed the survey she was already given, she needed something signed, she's waiting on a permit, she got the permit and they're starting next week, now it's back to there is no permit. This fence is to divide our lot from an existing yard for a house that was sold. The gate paid for is needed to get in the lot to cut the grass, without going into another person's yard. The front fence to be replaced got damaged during Hurricane Beryl and has caved in, pulling the neighbor's gate over. This has become a huge inconvenience and frustration. We are contacting the city ourselves to verify if and when a permit was applied for. I worked for Home Depot for 23 years and have never heard of anything like this during that time. They called my husband to ask us to retract this review, which will not be retracted until something changes, AND this is our experience so far. They should be working on paid fence jobs and not sitting behind a computer responding to reviews.

The Buzz fence team did an excellent job installing a new back fence as well as two front fences including one with a gate. This included first rate service from the quoting phase through the completion of the installation. The materials used were high quality and were installed properly without complaint. This company was very competitive in their pricing. We have used Buzz Fence before, and will use them again, whenever our side fences need replacing.

Buzz fence did initial install back in 2008 iron fence. Just recently I worked with David Ball to install cedar wood in between the existing iron fence. It turned out perfect for privacy and the over all look.

We used Buzz Custom Fence to install a large 8ft tall cedar wood fence with two vehicle and two pedestrian gates at our business in Irving. Buzz Custom Fence did an amazing job. Mike Olvey came out and gave us a fair estimate and his crew arrived when they said they would and had the fence up and looking great in no time. I would definitely use them again.
