Do not buy anything from them!! Most irresponsible and irresponsive company!

I bought furniture from them in January, it was supposed to be delivered by the end of the month since I chose free delivery. But the products were delivered by 2 nd week of February.

The customer service is pathetic.One of the worst experiences I had in this country. There is no accountability taken by this company. Customer representative will never forward the call to the management even if she cannot provide you a solution. She says she is not authorised to forward call to management no matter what the situation is.
Delivery: They made 1st delivery attempt, the driver told me that he will be at my place by 9 pm. But I got a call from him at 1 am in night stating the truck is down and they cannot deliver the order. Called me after I made 4 followup calls. Again next day when I tried to connect to the customer care representative, she said, she has no idea and cannot help in this regard.
Product: I ordered a sofa, 2 night stands and one TV stand(DIY setup). Honestly sofa and night stand were good. But the TV stand’s ply wood didn’t had holes to put the screws in. It was suppose to be a DIY setup which is identical to one at amazon. But again when I tried contacting the customer representative she said, she cant help in this regard and told to put those 6 holes in that ply the company would charge $100 as service fee.

In the end, after going through all this, they were not courteous enough to call and help in this regard. I waited 1.5 months as their sales rep said to me they will contact me back but no one did. The girl sitting at the customer service desk need to learn etiquettes to talk to a customer and learn to resolve issue not to escalate it.

I’m glad this place is closing. I bought a mattress from them and it took them over a month to deliver the bed !! When they delivered the mattress it looked clearly used!!! who does that ????. there were stains on it!!. I’m a very clean person and this bed had BEDBUGS!!!!!!!!!!. It was disgusting. I tried to tell them and they blamed it on me!!!!!. Not to mention just that, but they wouldn’t refund the mattress either or take it away, and didn't even offer to cover the cost of the exterminator and then started ignoring my calls.

Not to mention obscenely rude attitude when we entered the store as well as continuously talking in another language I feel like they were talking about us.

Just completely unprofessional. I’ll never go back. I couldn’t be more happy that they finally closed their doors.

They even have their location for lease on MLS Number: X11958639. For Lease!

DONT BE FOOLED OF THE LOW PRICES!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR BEDS HONESTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ITS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!

Hello My Furniture Team,
I ordered it for two mattresses at 31 of December and today’s 16 of January and still I didn’t get it, once I call her she asked me different different date and timing, it’s very frustrating me about your service.we don’t have any Matress and we are sleeping in floor in winter time. Very bad delivery services, don’t buy anything from here.

Cabinet are not easy to get. I am thankful I found this store in London. After looking many , I selected this one. I am a really picky person but their sales associate Kamya was really patient and humble with her service. I would be visiting again for sure .

They provide best delivery to me. I purchased a bed from them on a great price. When I entered I was not sure of buying anything. But they have good variety of products with good delivery and service.
Kamya - sales associate there , helped me really well. As I was looking for affordable bed , she suggested many options. And I got this one.

Very polite, humble and transparent in service they are.

Safely delivered product by My Furniture By Mattress to Door London. I needed a 3 Seater sofa and walked in many store. But best deal with great price and great service, I got from My Furniture.

Sales associate Kamya helped me with choosing the best one according to my need. She was transparent and honest I'm her service. I was having a lot of questions but she didn't hesitate once to answer.

Bought a beautiful bed-set from this store. Store manager maggie has helped us to get a bed-set as per our requirements. The prices are really unbeatable, i went to different other stores and did a price comparison and here i got the best price. Service was also very smooth. Received free delivery to my house.
