Shipment was suppose to show up on a Thursday. I needed the part by Sunday at the very least. Check shipping status and it's not showing up until Wednesday of next week. Contacted customer service to see if we can overnight something and they just apologized and told me to wait. Garbage customer service

I been waiting for a part for 3 weeks. That was promised to me in a week everytime i called it’s back ordered and you will have it next. Week. Don’t buy from them unless you need to wait a year to get your part.

After requesting to be removed from their mailing list three years ago, I just received more spam. I never subscribed to receive their marketing emails in the first place.

Never been to the actual store if there is one. But I will say I have ordered quite a bit from them. Orders are always in good packaging Never have I had an issue with any order. The quality of the products are top notch. They have plenty to choose from so if you are in the automotive industry or marine industry. Or hell for that matter the powersport industry look into this company for all your needs. If you individual and need such parts I recommend them for you also. Whether your into the mud the track or the water this store is where it's at

Bought some items using Paypal - seller then attempted to add to price AFTER i had completed the paypal transaction which is against the PP rules. Eventually got my refund after many emails to them. Then just to add insult to injury, once you are on their mailing list they will SPAM you with emails. You CANNOT get off their mailing list no matter how many times you request to removed from it. Avoid.
