The front yard area with the picnic tables, grills, and gazebo is wonderful, and the outside area near the pool with additional seating and a grill is also a very nice touch. I also appreciated having access to a clean guest laundry room.

Furthermore, the manager was very polite, the bunnies on the property are a lovely feature.

I would definitely stay here again.

I would especially like to recognize Louis from the restaurant during the morning breakfast service. He made every morning a great experience with his professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for the guests. He always greeted us with a smile, made sure everything was perfect, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

The breakfast itself was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options, but Louis truly made the experience stand out. His positive attitude and outstanding customer service exceeded our expectations. It’s rare to meet someone who is so dedicated to making guests feel valued.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s in a great location, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Great value for the price.

The breakfast was also fantastic, with a great selection of fresh and tasty options. Everything was well organized, and it was the perfect way to start the day.

A special thank you to the gentleman working at the front desk in the evening (I unfortunately forgot his name. I believe he may have been Indian, so I apologize if I’m mistaken). He was incredibly welcoming, patient, and helpful throughout our stay. His professionalism and kindness genuinely made a difference, and he was one of the reasons we decided to extend our stay.

I also want to give a huge thank you to Louis, the cafeteria manager. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured we had a great experience from start to finish. His exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and genuine kindness exceeded our expectations. It’s rare to meet someone who takes such pride in making guests feel valued, and we truly appreciated everything he did for us.

We read the mixed reviews and decided to stay anyways and we don’t regret it. We just needed an inexpensive room for one night while traveling through town, most of the other hotels are easily twice the price. It’s an older hotel and some of the buildings look in need of some upkeep but our room was impeccable. It was clean and looked like it had been updated in recent years. The furniture, decor and carpet were all clean and spotless. We had a good night’s sleep as the bed was comfortable and it was also very quiet. In the morning we had a great breakfast that included fresh made waffles, eggs, sausages, yogurt, apples, juice, cereal, pastries and more. Louis kept the dining room and the tables super clean and everything was very well stocked. He was attentive to our needs and he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. All the staff we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. We plan to stay again whenever we pass through.

This is my second visit to this Hotel.
My most memorable experience is the cafeteria excellent varieties.
Also I would like to thank Mr. Louis restaurant Manager for his service and maintaining this cafe.
Any one visiting Quality inn please ask for Louis in cafeteria .
