5/5
I laid out exactly what I was looking for, sativa dominant ounce, gave these guys my budget,
And they laid out some awesome options. All that fit my needs.

Overall, they had great customer service, great energy and the product seems stellar.
About to try it but thus far I have to say I'm impressed and would definitely pop by anytime. I'm in the neighborhood.

Stopped by this dispensary recently and had such a great experience. The staff were super welcoming, knowledgeable, and actually took the time to help me find the right products instead of rushing the process. The store was clean, organized, and had a really relaxed vibe. Prices were fair and the selection was solid too. Easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at a dispensary in the city. Definitely coming back!

I decided to visit this shop based on their positive Google reviews, but my experience was the complete opposite. It’s clear to me now that most of these reviews don't reflect the actual quality of the place. I bought two 0.35g pre-rolls for $10, and they were honestly terrible—very poor quality and a total waste of money. A staff member named Natasha assisted me, but the service couldn't save the bad product. I feel misled by the high rating here. Don't fall for the hype; I won't be coming back.

An unexpected stop turned into such a pleasant experience. From the time we walked in Natasha was so warm and welcoming. She took the time to learn our needs and recommend what we were looking for. Great assist to the store!

I had an awesome experience at Kanab, and I want to give a big shoutout to Gerps and Adam for their outstanding service. I was actually in a bit of a rush, shopping with my mom and both Gerps and Adam were incredibly helpful and efficient. Even with the time crunch, they never made us feel rushed or overlooked — just the opposite, actually. They were friendly, focused, and really attentive to what we needed. Gerps welcomed us with a great attitude and made the whole process feel easy. He asked the right questions and quickly narrowed down some top-tier recommendations. Adam also jumped in with super thoughtful insights, especially when I had a few more specific questions. His knowledge and calm vibe really helped us feel confident in what we were picking up. Their product recommendations were on point, and they managed to keep things quick without sacrificing quality service. I genuinely appreciated how professional and personable they both were — they made our visit smooth and stress-free.
Thank you, Gerps and Adam! You both made our quick stop feel like a five-star experience. I’ll definitely be back!

I normally don't write reviews but felt I had to after what I experienced last week. I've only been to this store about 3 times as I live far away and only come here when I visit a friend at an apartment building at Leslie and York Mills. First two visits I was helped by a tall white guy with a grey beard and the next time by a tall mixed looking guy and a taller black guy and both times those experiences were satisfactory or good. This was in October/November.

Earlier last week I decided it couldn't hurt to stop by and pick up a disposable or pre-roll on my way home. I ended up having the worst interaction with a bigger middle eastern looking guy with longer hair, who was arrogant, knew nothing about the product in store and frankly just had a bad attitude. The pre-roll he recommended to me was so bad that I threw it out after one puff. Don't shop here.

The guy who assisted me today with making the right selection for my purchase was very helpful and I gotta say that vape battery I bought is no joke small but mighty you could say…although I was a bit bummed because they were sold out of a popular drink that I really like but maybe I’ll be lucky to get it on my next visit.

One of the best dispensaries I’ve been to in Toronto. It has very high quality product whether you’re into concentrates, vapes, flower or even glass pieces there is an abundance and excellent selection. All workers are very experienced. Spent 1000$s of dollars in my time going. I’d 100% recommend to anyone. (AMAZING MANAGER AND WORKERS, THANKS) P.s. they have really cute dogs there sometimes.
