The app hasn't been working. No shower…

The app hasn't been working for two days! I stood in line for 12 hours, waited six hours, and still didn't get a shower. The next day, I waited in line for the same thing, and the shower disappeared again!

We were able to drive up, plug in (2024 equinox) and it all worked seamlessly since we've got EVgo connected to our GM account. There's even windshield cleaning equipment! Would love for more truck stops to have charging like this. Only complaint is that it's tucked away behind the building.

It works but it was a bit of effort. These chargers show up in the Ford app as in the network so I assumed I'd be able to just connect and charge. Instead I had to install the app, and enter a bunch of info and credit card to get the charging to sync up. Even with all they it took another 2 minutes to sync between the charger and the vehicle to begin charging. Successfully charging after a rough start though.

Absolutely great place to charge, they are to the left of the building when you pull in.
