My beautiful bullmastiff passed away peacefully at Close Vet Clinic with me by her side! I wanted her cremated and ashes sent back to me! I learned she ( my dog ) was cremated with several other dogs and sent somewhere near London! I will never see her ashes and I was told I signed a form requesting that!! WHY would I want my beautiful friend cremated altogether with a bunch if other dogs!!!! Somebody screwed up!!!!! I wanted my dog back!!!!!!! Not gonna happen!!!!!!

Between the Gananoque Veterinary Service and Gateway Pet Memorial you made our time of losing our be-loved feline "Reba" less painful. When you returned Reba's ashes to us and we read your card and the very professional manner in which Reba's ashes were given back to us, made us know she is resting peacefully. Thank you so much
