My very first experience with this location was unfortunately not a good one. I took my sorority jacket to be cleaned, and when it was returned to me, the stitching had been frayed. I contacted the store and spoke with the assistant manager to explain the situation. I also explained that the cost of the jacket had increased significantly since I originally purchased it.

The only options I was given were to accept my jacket back in its damaged condition with no compensation or accept the minimal compensation they offered toward replacing it—an amount that would still have required me to pay out of pocket for another jacket. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed with how the situation was handled.

Despite that experience, I decided to give this location another chance this month. I brought in several items, including a different sorority jacket with significantly less stitching than the first one. On the day I dropped off my items, I received a call from the same assistant manager informing me that they were refusing to clean the jacket because of the previous issue that they had caused.

To say that I was highly annoyed is an understatement. I gave this location a second chance despite my first experience, only to be turned away because of an issue that resulted from their own handling of my previous jacket.

I will never utilize this location again. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that this business is located within my community, and I would have preferred to support a local location that I could trust with my belongings.

Unfortunately, after these experiences, I no longer have confidence in this location or its customer service.

I had to spend an additional $25 dollars to repair and properly re-crease at an alterations shop thanks to the work from this Tide cleaners location. The photos posted is how I received my tie. I NEVER had a problem with Tide cleaners at the other locations. The only reason why Im giving this location two stars is the drive thru service but somehow the workers seemed bothered by it. Im taking a break from Tide Cleaners and going somewhere else. I was paying over the top price just for a trouser and a uniform shirt thats not even dry cleaned, they use wash service.

My local Tide Cleaners does great work. My clothes are always finished nicely. Somehow they always remember my name and even how I like my slacks pressed. Great group of folks!

Great service. I have mobility issues making it difficult to carry items in and out of the store. But Tide staff Camelot to my car to pick up my items and then hung them up behind the seat when I went to pick them up. Both staff members were extremely kind and courteous. I'm very pleased!
