I had a contract with this company to create promotional videos for my books. They never completed the videos they were hired to produce. After more than a year of waiting, they finally told me they would refund my money. However, they only refunded part of what I paid.

When I called to ask about the remaining balance, I was simply told that they had already given me the money, even though I had not received a full refund.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with this company. My experience was that they took my money, failed to deliver the contracted services, and did not provide a full refund. I encourage others to carefully review any agreement and payment terms before doing business with them. If I could give a zero I would.
