Wasn’t a bad place. I had a 08:00 AM appointment, got here about 04:00 AM, but you can’t check in till 04:30 AM. I was allowed to check in before my appointment I checked in at 04:30 AM and was put in a door within 20-30 minutes of checking in. I was unloaded in an hour and took about another hour to get my paperwork. Was out of here by 07:30 AM. No overnight parking 🅿️ so keep that in mind. They do use capstone here also so you might have a lumper fee

Easy and painless process. This place is by appointment so, show up early. After checking in, you're then permitted to proceed to an available parking spot to your right. There is possibly a restroom available and vending machines for sure in the receiving office for your convenience. Also, there's ample room for maneuvering and for backing into docks so, if you hit something, you either can't drive, or, you need glasses. (McDonald's is always hiring.) Only drawback: The time it takes to get unloaded is a bit much but, the positives outweigh the negatives.

Older GPS will send you to wrong address, easy to maneuver, but you need a little experience. No Overnight Parking.

Other than no over night parking I don’t think this place was bad at all. Everyone was nice and pleasant to talk to. In and out rather quickly I thought. No lumper. Unsure if there are any facilities to use. But no one was rude at all. I’d have no problem coming back.
There’s a small Exxon gas station 1.6 miles down the road you can park at. $15 to park. Nice lot and clean. Restroom is out of order for customers I think. That sucks but it’s a place to park.
You can park by Sysco. There’s literally one spot. Good luck getting it.

No Overnight Parking. Loves 6 miles away, Pilot 13 miles away. Parking next to “Sysco sign” Parking across the street at “IHIYDC”
I arrived 3am for my 12:30pm appointment. I tried checking in with guard shack, he said nobody is in the receiving office and to call back at 4:30am, that’s when they open up. 4:30am, I called the receiving office to check in and I got a door instantly. Opened up trailer doors, slide tandems to rear, back into door, and chock trailer tire. Warehouse worker came and grabbed my bills and said to also turn off reefer.
5:20am, I got a text for lumper fee. 7:20am, a driver came and knocked on my door to say the office gave him my dock door. I went to the office to see what’s going on, and they said to pull out of my door and park on the side. I would get a text to come back to office for my bills. 7:40am, I got a final text saying to come back to office for my bills. I got my bills, I was out.
I wasn’t too happy with the lack of communication, when giving my door to another driver and not finishing with me first. Woke me up out of my sleep.
