We had a great experience working with Kimmie to buy our dream home! When we first connected, I was planning to start looking for a new house and explained my current financial situation. She recommended that we go through the process to have our loan fully underwritten so that we can place a strong offer when we find the “right house”. The day after our loan was fully approved, we happened to find a house that we love! We were not working with a real estate agent yet.
