My husband and I were having difficulty selecting lighting from the website and decided to take a trip to the showroom on La Cienega. We were so happy we did! Debbie Bondar helped us significantly. She was knowledgeable, kind, patient and extremely helpful. She offered excellent suggestions and never rushed us. We were extremely impressed with her professionalism and customer service.

My husband and I were recently shopping for ceiling fans for our new home. The team at the Visual Comfort location on La Cienega Blvd. was great! We narrowed down the style of fan we were most interested in purchasing but were having difficulty deciding on the best sizes and color tones for our various rooms. Heidi Fernandez skillfully coached us through the selection process, using photos and measurements of our rooms to advise on the optimal fan configuration for each space. She was so knowledgeable and easy to collaborate with. And she followed up with us a few days later to see if there was any other way she could be of help. It was an exceptional experience! We are definitely part of the Heidi fan club and would highly recommend working with her and the team at Visual Comfort.

I had such a great experience with Craig and John at Circa! I am renovating a house and needed lighting for every room and hallway. They really took their time with me and my indecisiveness. Every fixture we chose compliments each other and will flow perfectly throughout the house. I learned so much from them about scale and lighting color. Craig even got on the phone with my contractor to make sure one of the very heavy fixtures would work. Thank you Craig, John, and Circa!!

Adding to my last review: I worked with Heidi most recently for my business. I highly recommend Circa/Visual Comfort. They have a huge selection in all price ranges. Craig and Heidi were so helpful and patient with me in the decision making process (and a couple changes of mind) and were able to educate me so I fully understood what I needed. Plus, their eyes for design kept me from getting overwhelmed. Once again, extremely pleased with my experience.

I have been working with this visual comfort location since October, waiting for key sales as I plan lighting for my new home. I have had to follow up several times regarding my interest & even then was completely left off important emails & therefore missed sales. Recently, I lost thousands of dollars by missing the blue tag sale, even though I had called in twice and sent 6 emails related to this situation, even creating an invoice to be put on the correct email list. Yet, I still was uninformed. The fact that I was forgotten & my whole order mishandled shows the lack of care and attention to detail of this office. For a high end luxury home brand to act in this way is unacceptable & disappointing. I Highly recommend looking for another location to plan out your home renovations as I guess my $30,000 budget wasn’t enough to warrant basic customer service.
