Went in wanting to use a coupon i had didn’t know how to use it, my fault. So i settled for a large pepperoni pizza. I get the pizza, the guys immediately puts it on the counter instead of handing directly to me. So boom i’m like “thank you” and leave. half way home i’m like let me check my food. I check it it’s not cut🤨 so i immediately call cause there’s no way. I call cause this is ridiculous the lady on the phone was really trying to help but i didn’t care for that i simply just wanted her to know that an employee messed my food up.

We go here on nights I'm just too tired from work to cook. But I made a huge mistake by getting the wings. Parm garlic wings was more like over breaded heavily peppered wings in a Parm garlic SOUP. I was starving after a long shift to I ate a few and now I regret it as I'm dealing with some serious indigestion.

So... Great for a quick pizza but avoid the wings. The healthier choice was a hard backfire. Absolute poop soup.

It is a Thursday night and I have been trying to call to place an order since 9:37 p.m. and arrived at 9:50 since I never got an answer when I got there the gentleman did not speak English and told me that they were closed. After he flipped off the open sign. However he was nice enough to use his phone to translate to me and tell me that they threw all of their stuff away and was not able to make anything for me and that he was sorry.

I’ve given this Little Caesars two chances since moving to the area, and both visits were unacceptable.

First visit: three of the four cheesy jalapeño sauces I purchased had visible mold. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned.

Second visit (same order as before: cheese/pepperoni pizza, extra sauce, well done): I placed my order in-store and was told 15 minutes. Instead, I waited a full hour. After 40 minutes, the manager admitted he forgot my order and had only made one pizza. When I reminded him, he questioned me until I went to my car, retrieved my receipt, and proved I had ordered two pizzas. Only then did he finish the second pizza, which took another 20 minutes.

The worst part? After all that waiting, my order was still incorrect. Both pizzas came out as plain cheese and pepperoni with no extra sauce at all, exactly as if they had just pulled ready-made pizzas instead of preparing them as ordered. When I asked for replacement sauces due to the prior mold issue, the manager was dismissive, visibly annoyed, and scoffed “just take them.”

The store itself was clean, but management is disorganized and customer service is terrible. Staff yelled and cursed at each other in front of customers during my wait, making the environment even more unprofessional.

Bottom line: this location consistently fails on food quality, order accuracy, and basic customer service. Expect long waits, wrong orders, and poor management if you come here.
