I had a great experience with Dr. Christopher D. Allee at Eye Center of Texas after being referred to him. He was super personable and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. He simply explained two different scenarios, gave me control over the decision, and made the appointment enjoyable.

I went to Eye Center Of Texas because my optometrist told me I needed to get additional testing to rule out any eye diseases. Understandably, I was very nervous because nobody wants to have a generative eye disease, but from the time I got there to the time I left everyone I encountered was very nice and very helpful. From the front desk staff to the representatives and technician that I worked with Marina and Jasmine, and especially Dr. Ngo. As a woman who has had yo always advocate for proper healthcare, it was refreshing to not have to do so. I would 100% recommend going to this center. When they explained the tests and procedures to you didn’t do so in a patronizing manner. Any questions you had, they were willing and able to answer them.

My mom went for a retna test. The staff were very nice. They wait for the dr was a very long wait. I had asked how much longer and they said we were 2nd in line, 2 hours later. We were put in a room just to wait another hour. The dr was very nice and explained everything to us. But 4 hours later could be very much improved. This wait is much needed improvement.

I recently visited my eye doctor for a check-up. The doctor was thorough and attentive, taking the time to explain my eye health clearly. Overall everything was great, felt a little rushed at first!
But once I stressed that I’ll determine what’s best for me after I discuss it with the Doctor!
All the tests were done in a professional manner and once I saw the Dr. and she explained everything, I definitely felt better going forward! I now know a lot regarding my cataracts, and how the surgery will correct it. Thank you all for your help and support!
