My battery had died and I had called my insurance for a jump start provider. Moe from American Roadside was able to check my battery voltage, verified it was low and was able to replace the battery on the spot. He answered all my questions and explained what was wrong with my car. Great pricing compared to other mobile services.

I was fortunate to have Ahmad come to save the day. Not only did he notice that I did not need a tow but he jump started my car and was adamant that in less than 5 minutes he could fix the problem for good! Mediocre service, won’t use them again.
The driver arrived quickly but was openly rude and irritated, as if I was bothering him. He loaded the car in a rush, and the ride was really bumpy. We got to the destination, but the whole experience left a bad taste.

Our fleet is always on the road and needed roadside service for a tow, All American Roadside responded fast and towed our truck to the shop and our technicians made it safely back to headquarters. Unfortunately the next day our trailer needed a tow and before I could call for another tow All American Roadside saw our truck and trailer on the side of the road and called our office to ask if we needed their service. WOW what service. We definitely recommend All American Roadside, and will be using them for roadside services!! Thanks for all your help!

The 2 gentlemen I dealt with were professional to deal with, and my wife and I appreciate this company and their staff for having the towing process flow so smoothly.
