I was very impressed with the honesty and transparency throughout the process. The technician was upfront about the condition of the shower pan and explained both the repair and its limitations rather than making promises he couldn't guarantee.

The cosmetic results look excellent, and the shower pan looks significantly better than it did before. Since the crack repair was just completed, only time will tell how well it holds up long term, but I appreciate that they were willing to take on the job and do the best repair possible given the circumstances.

Overall, the professionalism, communication, and quality of the refinishing work were outstanding. I'm grateful for their efforts and would recommend them based on my experience with their customer service and honesty.

Chicago Tub Reglazing did such an amazing job! 10/10. Attached is before / After of my pink tub, it was pealing, first time trying chi tub reglazing and they didn’t not upset! Very affordable, Didn’t get our friend name who helped us, however, very friendly he did such great job wasn’t messy very well prepared will definitely recommend to others! We had a tub refinished that was in rough shape. Bathtub Refinishing HQ Chicago did a good job getting the tub into usable shape. The technician was on time and completed the task in about 3 hours. He was organized and got to work right away and let me know as soon as he was done No harsh odors and the tub looks good.

Had my bathtub refinished and it looks better than new. I’m very happy with the job done and will recommend them to family and friends. I called different companies and they were the most reasonable in cost. I got an immediate quote and once I gave the go ahead they were able to get it done within a reasonable time. I was impressed.
