Leanne, is the sweetest! The food is amazing, I only had one issue before with an order. I didn't mention it right away, but explained to Leanne the issue I had, and the next time I had ordered, she corrected the problem without hesitation. One of my favorite spots to go, awesome staff besides Leanne with a great atmosphere.

For the second time, my order was messed up. I ordered directly through the Vocelli website, not a third-party app but apparently Mike says it is a third party app. The video I posted shows exactly what appeared on my end. I ordered the Big Italian with hot honey, but my order arrived without the hot honey.

I called and spoke with the manager, Mike, who seemed completely uninterested in fixing the issue and only offered a store credit. He repeatedly claimed the receipt showed “no hot honey,” implying this was my mistake. However, as the video shows, there was no option for me to select “no hot honey.” I simply selected the crust and added the item to my cart.

Instead of resolving the problem and giving me what I paid for, Mike argued with me, repeatedly blaming me and insisting that was what I ordered. His response was dismissive and frustrating, and the conversation escalated because he would not listen when I clearly stated multiple times: I want what I paid for.

Mike refused to send a corrected order, claiming I live too far away, and continued pushing a credit instead of making the order right. He even blamed Vocelli’s ordering issue on a “third-party app,” despite me ordering through Vocelli’s website. When I asked for a refund, he said he’d “try.”

At the end of the day, I wanted the order I paid for, not excuses, blame, or an argument. Good customer service means fixing mistakes, not blaming customers and offering credits as a default solution.

After this happening for the second time, and after the way this was handled, I will not order from here again and would warn others to go elsewhere. Mike should not be in a management position if this is how customer concerns are handled.

The pizza I ordered absolutely SLAPPED. This is that kind of pizza that keeps you eating until you realize too late that you've overindulged.

10/10, would definitely give myself another pizza stomachache with this one.

Excellent pizza. Even better service.

First off, the pizza was outstanding. Perfect crust, great flavor, zero regrets. But what really threw me off was the service.

How does a pizza place manage to hire such polite, upbeat, genuinely helpful employees? The staff was so friendly I honestly had to double-check I was still in Washington County. I thought grumpy was part of the local uniform.

Whoever is doing the hiring deserves a raise… and then should immediately turn around and give the staff one too. They’re clearly the secret ingredient.

Great job all around. I’ll be back.

Bad experience at Vocelli's in Washington, PA. We normally make the 45 min drive to Vocelli's in Wheeling because it can't be beat but because of the cold weather we gave the Washington location another shot. Bad idea. They put BARELY any sauce on their pizza so I specifically ask for plenty of sauce and it still came back dry with barely a scratch of sauce. We also paid for a 2nd topping of bacon and it was barely sprinkled on. Not only was that enough disappointment but after ordering we were informed they no longer had fountain soda. Strike 3. Last visit at Washington Vocelli's where we wasted $23 because it was so dry it wasn't even good warmed up the next day, hard as a rock.
