Excellent communication from start to finish! Fehr Property Services cleaned our gutters in Pitt Meadows and did an outstanding job . They provided before-and-after photos, flushed all the downspouts, and even rinsed and cleared the surrounding areas of pine needles as a courtesy. I very much appreciate the fact that Fehr is a local company with minimum overhead - no receptionist or middleman, just straightforward, high quality and honest service. The entire process was simple, personal, and full of integrity. Very reasonable price and the results far exceeded my expectation. Thank you Steven!

I recently had Fehr Property Services clean my roof moss and pressure wash my ENTIRE house- vinyl siding, gutters (interior & exterior), soffits, all property cement- EVERYTHING and I could not be happier. Steven put in a full shift - 8hrs + and was very detail oriented in his cleaning. I highly recommend Fehr Property Services. Thanks again Steven, it looks amazing.

If you’re looking for a good, honest, hardworking company then Fehr Property Services is the one to call!
I can’t give enough kudos to Steven and his company, as it would seem very inadequate.
This is the 2nd time I have used his company and it definitely won’t be the last.
He goes above and beyond and is always very meticulous in his work, making sure that no detail is left undone, which is very rare to find with a lot of business nowadays.

We are repeat customers with Steve. He has cleaned our gutters for multiple years and this year he also removed the moss and treated our roof. He pressure washed to make sure all the fallen debris was cleaned up. He also called to ensure we were satisfied with his work. We would highly recommend!

First time using an exterior house cleaning service and we had a great experience with Fehr Property Services.

Steven was professional, on time, stayed true to his estimated quote, and completed when he said he would.

Really enjoyed the drone fly over of our roof (prior to commencing work) to show us areas of concern and how he was going to remedy them. Seeing for yourself is a helpful tool.

Neighbours have come over already and commented on how great/clean our home looks.

Steven did an excellent job cleaning our exterior windows,vinyl siding and driveway. He took time before his quote explaining the procedures and building a relationship with us. It was evident that providing a great service and building his business on establishing a trusting relationship is important. Communication during the process was also excellent. Clearly Steven is a perfectionist and cares that his work is well done. The clean driveway which took less than an hour has drawn much attention from the neighbors with positive comments. I have booked Steven for next year as well and would not hesitate to call if I need other work done. Steven is easy to work with and very reliable.
