Was not going to leave a review but changed my mind. Very very responsive at the outset shocking in fact. Their speed in e-transfer collection even quicker. Once the money was received they appeared to lose interest. The landlord /tenant process is long no doubt but when your paralegal’s follow through is slow and prodding with texts and emails taking an eternity to get a response only acquiring the latter when you threaten to leave a bad review you look for other alternatives. You stop believing although I am sure they would have been successful but they created too much doubt. I fired them ate the $4000.00+ and found a successful alternative route.
It was a case of buyer beware. Do your homework before you employ a stranger.
