If I could leave less than one star I absolutely would. These people came to work in my kitchen and replaced sewage pipes at my house. Not only did they thrash my kitchen leaving stuff everywhere including a bowl of some of the nastiest water I've ever seen on the floor for my dog to drink causing me to have to rush him to the vet bc it made him so sick- they also left the yucky pipes they had to replace all over in my yard! Old rusty poop pipes Not only is it against Oregon's health and safety regulations to do that in the first place I've called multiple times trying to get them to come and remove the waste pipes I have been ignored at every attempt. I WILL be reporting them to the occb, environmental health and safety as well as Klamath city code enforcement. What an awful experience with a lazy company with no accountability or work ethic. They shouldn't even be licensed if this is how their standard of operation is!! I want to take away all their stars I cannot see them actually deserving them.

These guys save my butt when not even Grover's had a part I needed actually no one in town had this part required to keep my water heater going but powley Plumbing was able to get me not only the part but in a timely fashion. Instead of waiting up to a week or two for a very important part I needed they managed to get this part within 2 days and I was able to reset my water heater. And because of that I was able to keep my autistic son happy and keep him from having to take cold showers thank you Powley Plumbing!

What can I say, first off Casey and his team are by far so e of the best I've seen in the business. After trying to diagnose a problem with no answer I reached out to Casey and that afternoon he was on site with another tech working to diagnose our issue. Once we found the problem Casey worked with me to come up with a solution and after he diagnosed the problem he worked to get all the parts together within a timely manner. Casey's team showed up and provided professional service in a fast and timely manner. If you need a good team, I suggest you call them.

The plumbers that helped me did a great job with a challenging task and went out of their way to make sure everything was right, even though it was a little beyond their original scope. I highly recommend them.

Unreliable ! They make appointments to come do a job never call or show up! I’ve been trying to come get them to finish a job for months! Finally gave up and got someone there that was reliable ! Lots of better choices than Powley!
They even finally told us after months of no radiators that they were too busy with commercial stuff to finish our job !
