These folks dont care, do yourself a favor and read the damage waiver that they charge you for, basically it only responds if the equipment is damaged in a riot (can't make this up) but yet they sure charge you for it.. A worn out pin breaks on a excavator and I end up paying $2,000 to replace it. I guess I wore that pin out on the 30 rental I had. Makes profit better when they just charge customers for worn out parts on their equipment.
Last of all, the helper I had,started the process of the rental but I paid for it, I had no idea they put the rentals in his name yet I am the one paying $7,000 and now they will not change the receipt to reflect my name so now I have this expense that I can't claim on taxes because these folks don't care to ask the simple basic question of "who is renting the equipment ". I will not EVER RENT FROM THESE FOLKS AGAIN.

Called about a chipper rental...the guy who answered the phone sounded like he really didn't want to be bothered.
