Jessica knows exactly what she is doing and will give you the straight up honest truth and opinion on what will or won’t work with your dogs hair. I have never had to groom a dog before and was nervous and Jessica made me feel so comfortable with the process and I can tell my boy is super comfortable with her, as she treats him so well . Amazing location, very attentive and helpful staff. Our puppy was groomed here and we’ve never had such a great experience before. Usually, she’s so nervous but Jess did an awesome job! Thanks again and will be recommending you to everybody in the community.

This was our dog’s first grooming appointment and it couldn’t have gone better. The groomer was experienced, reassuring, and very honest which I appreciated. The cut is perfect and our puppy was relaxed and happy afterward. Will recommend and am definitely coming back

The staff of this location have been exemplary! We've been struggling with an older cat to get him to use his litter box instead of the floor. He's diabetic and his hind quarter is obviously nerve damaged from such, so I went on a mission to acquire a lower entry litter box.

Everyone I dealt with was super helpful and understanding! Yea, we had to special order one. Yea, it took a while, (not the stores fault. They followed up regularly to inform us of the complications they were experiencing with the supplier. Completely understandable in my opinion.) the icing on the cake, and this is why I'll gush about these guys, was when we realized our cat wanted a separate box for #2. The supplier they had used was now on their naughty list, meaning they couldn't get another box. The owner, (I believe it was the owner. Could have been the manager. Correct me in your response and I'll edit it,) tracked down one at a Wal Mart, stepped out of the store, and picked it up for us!

I couldn't be more pleased with the service we've received if you tried. You've already stepped above and beyond squared.

And so you know... It worked!! He's using both boxes!!

Jess The Dog Groomer... simply the absolute best you can find in the entire city. I have been to so many, and Jess is better in every way. The photos, the gentle care, she actually loves what she does and it shows. If you need a groomer, stop the search, you found the best here.

Check out Pet Planet Douglas Square, .. 🤩I love coming back to the store again with the new owners. It is so convenient for our neighborhood. The staff are amazing. All the staff are so accommodating. Their selection of cat food and litter is so much better than it has been, with previous owners. We brought our puppy here for grooming for the first time and couldn’t be happier! The groomer was amazing—so patient with our little drama queen—and did a beautiful job. Our pup looked fantastic and came home so happy. Highly recommend! Bonus we got the cutest photos of our baby after too!

I tried grooming there and it was so good! Very high quality. They really love pets and show such a high level of care. My puppy after grooming there! We loved it!
