Staff are ALWAYS kind and ALWAYS helpful to pick out treats and toys for our dog. Unfortunately we can't take him in any more because they're SO nice that he loses his mind and wants all the treats and pets. That's his (my) fault not theirs!

They always have the dog food I request and will always put it on hold for me when I call ahead of time. Attached is a photo of him with a toy and long leash we got from there (and fed by the food we get from there!)

These guys are amazing! They're always really helpful and have a great selection of cat foot, treats, and toys. I can always find what I'm looking for.

The manager is super friendly too and always remembers my cats name and asks how she's doing.

One time they accidentally double charged my card when their wifi wasn't working and they called me a few times to make sure they could refund me appropriately!

Went early in the morning so lots of parking on West 10th or in the corner plaza. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and both of the guys asked me if I needed any help. Large, bright store with good selections and its well-stocked. 6 kg Orijen for $65 is the same price as other stores like Tisol which has smaller stores. Orijen prices are up 30% from 10 years ago but the ingredients are extremely good.

Nice to see their selection for small animal supplies and food is so awesome.
Cats and dogs are great too, love that they have so many brands of grain free foods to choose from.

For customers living around the Macdonald area, I would 100% recommend you coming in here, instead of the
Noah's Pet Ark!!!

2 examples of excellent customer services:
Staff always ask, do you need help bringing those to your car, for bigger items.
Ask the girl can I have some paper towels to clean up the mess, accident. "That is fine, I can clean that up"
(Just make sure that they all have gone to bathroom outside before coming in the store)

Always feel a warm welcome, with every visit.
Good prices. Excellent customer services. Love for animals.
NO IMPROVEMENTS ARE NEEDED. PERFECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
