BEST AUTO REPAIR RSM AND AAA HAS TO OFFER! HANDS DOWN! 🙌🏽

I stress when I say this, I have never had any good service in any other auto repair shop than I’ve had with Santa Margarita Auto Collision. I came in after a very stupid accident (I backed and ran into my friend’s mailbox while picking him up lol) and I needed to go to a repair shop right away as my rear window was shattered and my lift gate was severely dented. Our initial location was to take it to a Caliber Collision nearby, but we decided to take a chance on Santa Margarita Auto Collision because we’ve had pretty bad luck with Caliber Collision the past few repairs, and proximity to home was a huge plus. When we arrived, Craig, the manager, and Kevin, our estimator, was able to help us get an estimate going right away. Kevin especially was very patient when it comes to answering questions about costs and other concerns, which was good considering I’m still relatively new to how things work with insurance-backed repairs. Everything was done super quickly, and I was able to work out a deal on pricing, which was super helpful since I’m a current college student trying to pay my bills. Kevin was also nice enough to drive myself and my dad home after dropping off the car, which was such a complete and thoughtful surprise. The repair was quicker than expected, as it took a little over a week than the normal two weeks to do so at past repair shops. And I really appreciate the regular text notifications on how the repair progresses are going. And when I came back to get my car, I was stunned at how beautiful the repairs looked. Everything looked solid, clean, and even the paint job was very accurate, which is something that never happens in past repair shops my folks have been to as well. Also, they brought my car back looking even better than when I left it, as I noticed a cleaner appearance in both the interior and exterior of my car.

Overall, my experience at Santa Margarita Auto Collision has been phenomenal. The repair services went BEYOND my expectations, and the customer service was very thoughtful and phenomenal. I’ll definitely come back, and I’ll definitely urge all my friend’s and family to come here.

Kevin took care of everything for me and the team here did an excellent job repairing my truck after a failed theft attempt. I would recommend Santa Margarita Auto Collision to anyone looking for a repair shop. They were quick, the facility is clean, and the team is professional!

These guys were so nice the moment I walked in the door. The office is clean the guy's were all polite and helpful. They did a walk through inspection for me, they worked on my car and kept me updated. They worked with my insurance and even tried to get my deductible waived. They took the time to talk to me about my repairs and how they fixed them.They gave me my car back clean with a sports drink inside. All the guys were so very nice. I would 100% go back them and I will if I need to. Dont skip over this repair company.... they are AMAZING!Thank you for all your hard work ! My before and after shots of my poor bumper.

I had an amazing experience with this collision center after someone backed into my car. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, stress-free, & handled with true professionalism. Kevin & Mike both went above & beyond. Both were incredibly helpful, communicative, & knowledgeable. This place is so wonderful with wonderful people who know what they are doing and know what they are talking about! I had to come here a few times in the past few years due to someone hitting me and they had to take pictures and see the damage and write a report and estimate of damage. They helped me in so many ways of all their information, professionalism in being detailed and thorough to help make our claim so much easier with knowing what they are doing to give the correct information that is needed for insurance! They are so knowledgeable and professional and so such a great wonderful job in everything they do!! Kip is so wonderful and kind, as is the rest of the staff. My daughter and I can't thank you enough for everything you guys do and everything you have done!! I'd bought a replacement belt molding for the driver's door of my Prius, but I wasn't able to replace it using the tools that I had. When I looked up Santa Margarita Auto Collision and asked them about it, they offered to install it for free! Brought the car in the next morning, and they replaced the molding within 15 minutes. Great courtesy service!

I was disappointed with the service I received. The delivery was delayed significantly—over two months instead of the promised four weeks. Communication was lacking, and I had to reach out repeatedly for updates. While the body work itself was decent, my car was returned dirty and smelled like the garage. Additionally, I had to return because some parts were not installed properly. It felt like I was overcharged, but since the insurance covered the costs, I’m unsure. Overall, I expected much better service.

I brought some components in to get matched to the color of my car, door handles, mirrors, etc. They were very friendly, informative and gave me a price that was 20% cheaper than a neighboring body shop a mile away. Did a great job, paint matched and they warrantied the work even though the parts weren’t theirs. Thanks.
