J's is a family run business and it shows. The owners are always on site, willing to do whatever they can to help the client. They run an ethical business and do not sell animals. They carry lines of holistic foods and treatments that are not available elsewhere. You can tell that this family really cares about their own animals and also about all animals. They support local animal charities and grass roots human causes. We buy all our litter there and always enjoy visiting.

Wow..I am impressed! After calling many other Pet Stores to inquire about a specific product, J's was the only one willing to help look further into the product no one seemed to have. The individual answering the phone was so sweet and kind and offered to call me back with any further information.
