I have been coming to this laundromat for over 10 years and have never experienced rudeness from any of the employees until tonight. I was in the process of taking my clothes from washer to dryer. I had three dryers that were not completely loaded as I was still in the process of taking wet clothes and putting them into the dryers and where is the attendant decided to single me out and tell me that I had to fill my dryer at least halfway full I said where does it say that that’s the rule she said right there on the machine there is a line that says Phil, to which couldn’t mean anything which I took to understand is do not feel past this line. She was very aggressive and said something rather ignorant to me to which I did respond, but I would like the owners to know that that’s unacceptable especially for somebody who’s been going there for so long.

This is the best laundromat in Cicero! It’s clean big and the staff is friendly. My favorite person is Angelica she is always smiling and cleaning whenever there is something on the floor she is picking it up. The music in this place is the best!! Makes you feel like the time goes by really fast. I will not be buying new washer after the flood I have learned that coming here is more convenient for my needs!

It was terrible. There was so much trash on the floor and people were were eating food and dropping it on Floor and there was some five-year-old kept on playing with his AC truck on the floor. No one would have let us through and all of the dry machines were used, and the floor was even dirtier than ever dirtier than The trash One of the employees were not even doing their job, the lady that works in the morning (Dalia) I always see her talking and talking and never done her work or even cleaning.

I’ve dropped off my clothes to get washed many times and have always had a good experience. It’s always clean and attendants are always very friendly! The only thing that kind of sucks is when one person takes 6+ dryers which leave others waiting. I understand that’s a personal choice and some just take advantage of free drying. But giving the attendants the opportunity to tell customers a limit of dryers would be helpful. Maybe adding it as a rule and enforcing it.
