I love shopping at this store rather than a large box store. They are a small family run business who care about customer service and can usually get specialty items in for you. They remember who you are! Friendly staff who go out of their way to help you. Will always shop here, they are very clean for a pet store.

The folks are friendly and eager to help with purchases but I was disappointed to discover, after they bragged about the courses they take to learn about dog food ingredients, that they were unaware of some basics like the menadione and ethoxyquin controversies and had no idea how to reconcile one product's kcal/cup against another's. However they were most helpful, not pressuring and I will definitely go back
