I recently went into PetValu and brought my new adopted puppy in to get some treats and sweater. Picked up $50 worth of product and as I was walking down one isle, my dog stopped to sniff she is a dog in a pet store after all. This staff members come barreling down the isle and had to slam on breaks looks at my dog and HUFF and big sigh rolls eyes and keeps on going. Charming.

I get to cash they ring me up and she asks if i want to donate a meal for local dog rescues. Not liking the rescue they support I said no thank you I donated already - I did just in a store supporting a rescue I believe in not one that buys and sells puppies out of a flea market. I didn't even air my dislike for that group just said I had already donated where none of her concern really and again even though I spent $50 bucks huffed and rolled eyes. Srsly lady?? I pamper my pooch and you just huffed my $50- $150 bucks a month in food, grooming and supplies out the door. the middle aged Brunette with glasses who is the new owner is a miserable excuse for a human being and has no business owning a business. Good luck sweetheart that kind of customer service not going to get you far when there is a Global Pets around the corner from you!!

Hi there, I just got back from the Pet Valu located on Springbank in London ON and I am pretty ticked off. I was in the store last night purchasing supplies to donate to the local humane society and the clerk that helped me accidently rang in 3 discounted bags of kitten food instead of 2. I didnt notice till I got home, but since I only had 2 bags I only received discounts for 2 bags and charged full price for the 3rd. It was pricey food and I wouldnt have got it if it wasnt reduced. At any rate, I went in today to get my money back and the same clerk was there. She was great and went ahead and refunded me the money but there was this other girl who felt I was ripping them off. She kept asking me all these questions even after the other clerk was working on the refund. She then whispered to the clerk, are you sure you remember her? Then even once the process was over she told the girl to ,'make sure you get all her personal information'. I felt like a criminal. I will never shop there again and I suggest others avoid it as well.
