Guy working there was nice explained all the flavors and preparation was quick.

But the wings felt almost meatless... they are way too hard with the crunchy exterior it even hurt my mouth to bite. Felt like I paid $20 for fried skin and bones with a bunch of sauce ontop. Meat was half of the the exterior crunchy skin shell. I enjoyed the little sliced carrots the most...

I am giving a 1-star review based on one specific encounter that should be immediately disqualifying for any restaurant.

We placed an order for pickup directly from the Wings Up website. The Wings Up website said the High Park location was open. We placed our order, and the site charged my credit card. We arrive... the store is COMPLETELY CLOSED with no staff inside and the lights off, AFTER my credit card was charged. NO way to get a refund. NO way to contact customer service. NO phone line or any other means of contact.

Again, I should stress this isn't some third party order:
1. The Wings Up website allows me to place this order and charge my credit card
2. The restaurant is closed and there is NO mechanism to contact them about a refund.
3. The Wings Up corporate website is STILL allowing customers to place orders, an HOUR later, collecting money for a restaurant that has been closed with the lights off for who knows how long

I usually am not one to give a 1-star review but at a certain point if your website is charging credit cards, just for customers to walk all the way to a restaurant that IS CLOSED, you are not meeting the bare minimum of what it means to be a business, you are just stealing from customers.

The staff at this location give great service.

The food at this location is all ways hot & fresh but the price is not great anymore it all went up for the portions of food they serve which shrunk.

it’s a rip off now for the price of a pound of wings and servings are small.

Probably one of my favourite fast food joints in the city until they raised all their prices.

Nice cozy little spot I stumbled upon with my friend, the service by their night shift worker was absolutely amazing and she was so kind and helpful with her suggestions. She literally made our experience one of a kind and I will be coming back. The wings…. OMG I am still in awe and salivating thinking about eating more of their delicious wings with their many sauces, the Jamaican hot was flavourful and spicy, the honey garlic was amazing, and the classic wings are breaded and seasoned to perfection 10/10 all across the board!!!!

I have frequented many Wings Up outlets, and they all serve the same amazing wings every time. I step into each one with zero worries, I know the flavor will be great. The order is the usual favorites: hot BBQ Wings, and the honey garlic parmesan wings.

Overall food was solid, but the portion sizes were a bit small and the price was too high. If I’m paying $20 for fast food, I want a large portion, or crazy quality. If the cost was around $14-15 then this would be my go to place for fast food chicken. You can get similar quality for cheaper elsewhere.

Wings were absolutely amazing! The wings are terrific – juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The spice levels are spot on, giving just the right kick without overpowering the taste. This was my first visit and it's because of the $9.99 deal that I saw on social media. What was supposed to be a way to introduce me to this place and keep me coming back left me wanting more (not in a good way). While the service was lovely, the cashier who served me could have been more transparent with the pricing/surcharges. I was asked what flavor I wanted, since it's my first time I asked what was available, she gave me a piece of paper with all the flavors, I chose honey garlic parm, she asked me if I wanted regular fries or cajun, I said cajun. I didn't realize all those options incurred a surcharge of $0.99 each, and the cashier's screen facing me didn't show all the prices until the very moment I was asked to pay, if I was told about the surcharged, or showed, I would have asked for options that won't incur a surcharge, but I still paid anyway for them. When I was sitting to wait for the order, I looked at the piece of paper again, it does say there would be a surcharge for cajun fries, but there wasn't any indication that any of the wing flavors would require a surcharge. While the wings tasted nice, the vegetables were disappointing, just 5 thin slices of carrot and celery.

Just to note, I had given my feedback through your official website's "feedback" page soon after my visit but never received any follow up or response.

They all ways use Fresh oil in the deep fryers so you get that nice golden brown tinge on the breaded wings with many savoury sauces to choose from.

Probably one of my favourite fast food joints in the city.

This place is located on the intersection of Keele Street and High Park and walking distance from TTC subways Line 2 (Keele Station) and High Park. They’re also open late at night which makes them the perfect spot for late night cravings.

They offer great variety of chicken fingers, chicken wings and chicken sandwiches with 16 different sauces from mild to very spicy. You also have many great choices for sides, from cajun potato wedges to Mac & Cheese.

We ordered “WingsUp Classic sandwich with Louis Sauce”, “Regular Chicken Fingers with Texas Tequila Sauce”, and “Regular wing meal with Honey Hot Sauce”. Our food was fresh and tasty.

They also have patio seating for warmer seasons and the staff are very friendly.

We got 2 orders of 1/2 pound chicken wings and they only came with 4 wings each, which was way too little for $30… The flavour of the chicken wings were good but the price isn’t worth it. Also just a note: the Korean flavour had sesame seeds which didn’t really work with the sauce.

I ordered from this location for catering, and everything was perfect. They were super responsive over email, gave us a fair deal on wings and wedges, and there were even gluten free options. The sauces are great and wings are juicy and well cooked, with a good amount of meat on the bones. Would definitely recommend for a big order or really for anything!

I loved the wings. As crispy as I liked.
The amount was as expected.
Good variety of sauce.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars eas the garlic bread. It was completely different than the picture inthe menue and the bread was pretty thick. Someone else might like it but not what I was expecting.
The staff were super friendly and patience with us as well.

I catered wings, veggies, and cauliflower bites for an office event. It was fantastic! The manager was a pleasure to work with, she went above and beyond accommodating all our needs. I highly recommend ordering from here. The wings arrived to our office on time and stayed crispy.

We went here to have dinner after our day at the park. We ate at their tables outside and the ambience was so nice. The wings are delicious!!! I also love the potato wedges. And the staff are super nice. I highly recommend this place.

The wings here are ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I tried their new Irish Stout BBQ with a taste of guinnes sauce which was smokey, sweet & tangy. Everything a great BBQ sauce should be! The wings are huge and fresh, never frozen and I could truly taste it as they were just so juicy & succulent! Also their their jalapeño poppers were cheesy with a kick and the perfect complement to the wings! The memphis sandwich was delicious..I tried the Texas Tequila sauce and it was bold, sweet & tangy with the coleslaw adding that perfect crunch and freshness to the sandwich. So yummy! I'm hungry all over as I write this review.....so so GOOD!!

And i gotta add...the customer service is so kind, caring and thoughtful and the venue was impeccably clean which is a must for me! I can't wait to come back for more!💕
