Had the item I wanted which was a Martingale collar, but I asked where they were and the lady at the counter said I hope it's not for that dog...I don't need your judgement on what I buy for an animal you don't own absolute nonsense tell your workers to keep their opinions to themselves.. horrible customer service

Got an awesome new feeding solution for my dog. He inhales his food, I have a variety of dishes designed to slow him down, some have helped but in no time flat he figures them out. This new slow feeder cube has him stumped. He’ll be eating one tiny kibble at a time and giving his doggy brain a good work out.

This is my favourite place to get all the essentials for my kitties and it’s mostly because the staff is so friendly. The Pet Value in my old town was not as good. This branch also introduced me to their own brand of litter which was much cheaper than the name brand I’ve been using for years. They sometimes have their adorable adoptables scampering around the store which is the highlight of my visits. Staff always offer to carry out heavy items. I highly recommend this store.

I had the most wonderful experience in the store today, accompanied by my new forever friend who is now Instagram famous (thanks to pet valu) 😊 All the staff was so friendly and helpful. I didn’t get the ladies name (tall with short blonde hair) spoiled my girl rotten while we picked out some new food for her. This place is far superior to other pet stores in the area! Locally owned and ran!

This place is amazing. I haven't often been in here because the plaza isn't always on my pathway home but it is definitely worth going out of your way for! The selection of products is pretty good and the staff in here are exceptional. Very friendly and ready to help you out if you have any questions, I had someone on my most recent visit who was able to discuss a variety if cat treats with me and help me narrow down a selection that my furbaby might enjoy. I will definitely be making an effort to come here more often.
