We absolutely love it here at Velo! The grounds are gorgeous, well maintained and our apartment is spacious and cozy! The amenities at Velo surpass any other complex we looked at. If you love a good sunrise/sunset the upstairs common space is lovely! The staff here (Kaylee and Josh) are accommodating and quick to respond with any questions/concerns. Absolutely recommend living here! You won’t regret it!

I have lived at Velo Riverside for about a year now and truly enjoy it. The units offer a beautiful layout and design with modern amenities. The grounds include a variety of walking paths, grills, and a dog park for the pups. Plus, incredibly fun community events such as cookouts and socials. The units and overall property are maintained very well by Tate, Mason and Steven who are incredibly kind and passionate about caring for their tenants. Josh and Kaylee are a wonderful management team who strive for excellence and will bring a smile to your face even when having a bad day. I think it truly speaks volumes of Josh’s leadership and his passion for caring for Velo Riverside and its tenants. An example of this is when he offered to pick me up after an injury on a walk in the area and to drive me home. The team truly has a passion for what they do…even in the face of a thankless job at times.

Velo has been a phenomenal place to live so far. Every maintenance request or issue that has arisen has been taken care of very promptly. The community has been great. They have just about every amenity you can think of. Not to mention, Bellevue’s historical district is only a 15-30 minute walk away so there’s plenty to do! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Living at Velo Riverside has honestly been a great experience. The location right on the river gives the community a really unique atmosphere, especially with the views of downtown Cincinnati and the easy access to the walking trails along the water. It feels peaceful while still being close to everything.

The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The open floor plans and large windows make the units feel bright and comfortable, and the finishes throughout the apartments give everything a very upscale feel.

The pool and outdoor spaces are some of the best parts of the property. It really has a resort-style vibe during the warmer months, and the overall community is always clean and well maintained.

What really stands out though is the staff and maintenance team. Everyone in the office has been friendly, welcoming, and helpful from day one. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the team is responsive and professional whenever something comes up.

Overall, Velo Riverside does a great job combining luxury living, a great location, and a community atmosphere that actually feels genuine. Definitely one of the nicest places to live in Northern Kentucky.
