I've going there for 3 years with my dog LiLy and we are always well receive. They have a good selection of natural and holistic and canadian petfoods. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They made no fuss about returns or exchange even for food, when by mistake I bought cat food instead of dog food and had already opened the bag. They also support local shelters and animal rescue in the community.
What I like is that they are always open to my comments and suggestions.

Was almost a good relationship but I waited all day and the delivery of my pet food did not arrive. The store eventually called me accusing me of not being home to receive the goods. When i suggested there must have been a mistake the manager became aggressive and extremely rude accusing me of being a liar. This is absurd behavior from any business. I highly suggest you take your needs else where. Nobody needs this kind of stress from their animal food provider!!!!
