A few weeks ago we were looking for shoes for my dil. She’s a teacher and needs shoes that can accommodate all that requires. John Yarno, at the Bowling Green store was fantastic. He was patient, and so helpful. My dil left with 2 pair of shoes that are so cute and perfect for her needs.

Nats sporting goods store was a great stop in kentucky.We came from wisconsin to see mammoth cave and we stopped at Nats and the front desk people were super friendly. And we had purchased fahlo bracelets, which is you buy the bracelet and you can track an animal that you just donated to help. And my eldest son had gotten a shark bracelet. I had gotten a red panda and my youngest got a gorilla. All different bracelets all made with natural stones and I got home and we were going to look up the animals with the QR to see where our animals were located, and I washed my eldest. Sons QR Code so we couldn't track the animal. I reached out to the company and they said that I needed a receipt. I remember the price of the purchase and spoke to the lady who checked me out and she was able to look up my receipt and send it to me. I am over the moon.These people are so friendly and so amazing.And go way above and beyond, if anyone is going to kentucky, they should stop at the store If in the area!!!!

Best Outdoor Store I’ve ever been to. I had just had an awful experience at the nearby Cabela’s and the staff at Nat’s was so welcoming to my family. Made us feel like we had been missed and we’ve never been there. We loved Joseph and gladly spent money there just from all the love and expertise they have. We we just passing through but if are in the area please stop and just buy something!

I was looking for Hoka work shoes, since the offficial Hoka web site states this is a verified Hoka retailer. Unfortunately, you can only order work shoes from here. Other than that, they do have a variety of other outdoor items available.

I had just bought a new pair of Timberland boots directly from the manufacturer but they were not comfortable for my feet at work which requires me to stand and walk multiple miles on concrete. I went to Nat’s and Steve O’Nan, the footwear manager suggested I try Aetrex Orthotics memory foam arch support inserts. He scanned my feet with their foot scanner and let me try two different supports. I chose the one that felt best for my feet and now my feet are happy! While the foot supports were not cheap, they were much more economical than buying a new pair of boots. Steve probably could have told me that I needed to get a better pair of boots for my feet to be comfortable and I would have had to spend about double what I paid for the inserts. But instead, Steve was aware that I was budget conscious and opted to do what was best for my feet and my wallet! I will be back in the near future to get a pair of tennis shoes because I am loyal to stores with honest people who have integrity.
