The service was very professional and completely pain-free. The doctors and staff did an excellent job and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I came in not knowing what to expect, but I am so glad the procedure was successful.

I had an excellent experience at this pain management clinic. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and respect. The entire staff is efficient, and the office runs smoothly, making every visit stress-free.

I especially want to recognize the front desk team. They are absolutely amazing—always welcoming, friendly, and incredibly organized. They make check-in quick and easy, answer questions with patience, and genuinely make you feel valued as a patient. It’s rare to find a front desk staff that is this consistently positive and efficient.

Staff is friendly, helpful, and listens to your concerns. I was so impressed with everyone that I was in touch with. I’m a senior and been going to doctors offices for years. The staff at Dr. Jain office is outstanding. They go above and beyond to take care of you and resolve your pain issues.
I drive down from Wisconsin because Dr. Jain is one of the top doctors in Chicago and only trust him. The injections he chose for me has taken my pain away, especially after going to other doctors with procedures that didn’t help.

I have been coming to Pinnacle Pain Management for many years. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Any issue that may come up, it is resolved right away. I have been getting various types of injections (facets, Rhizotomy's etc.) along with pain management medication by.
Dr. Jain is very professional and meticulous and cares about each of his patients. Every injection he has done on me I have had a positive result/improvement which is pretty amazing. I don't know how many other patients can say that about their injection history with their pain doctor.
In regards to pain management, I see Mark every month and he is great to work with.
When I have a flare up, Mark listens to my current issues and provides solutions to get me through the month. Mark is also very compassionate and caring. I always leave my appointment with a positive outlook and hopefull that whatever Mark recommends will work which it usually does.
I travel an hour each way to go to my monthly appointments. I wouldn't do that unless a doctor's office offered great care, proven results and a friendly staff to go. Dr. Jain and his staff accomplishment all that and more.
