Worst place ever you will be humiliated they will tell your 15yr daughter to go to the car and take your bra off because it has wire in it. They expect them to follow the rules while they break all their rules that's contradictory. That place is designed to keep them coming back instead of true recovery. One thing that I can't tell you is what goes on in there behind the scenes. I know allot of people that have been in there and they all tell the same story.

This facility is run by staff that rather set u up to fail then get u on ur feet. I had a job n everything set good to go. Then they wanted to tell me I wasn't allowed to walk to work. Nowhere in the handbook is this stated. That I had to call a cab. So I did and was told that I had to call off of work. This place would rather jeopardize ur financial security then see u successfully reenter the community. Staff here is very unprofessional and dont treat the residents as human beings. They are disrespectful to family members and aren't professional by any means.

Amazing facility!!! I know 3 people who have gotten there GED here! They help get everyone job placements which is something that can be very challenging. They even offer IOP and MAT if you’re struggling. This is what you make out of it. At the end of the day the person here gotta wanna change. I’ve seen people save up money and get cars, get there license back as well as family’s. What other place gives ya a Christmas present to everyone! Granted maybe some staff is more approachable than others but it’s all about what one CHOOSES to focus on.

This place has caused me more Mental Anguish than when I was in Prison! I had more freedom in prison than I have in here! I have no counseling, because there is counselor. We don't go outside every day because some of the staff don't want to take us out! The write ups is ridiculous and very discouraging...We are all coming from some form of Trauma, but yet some of the staff inflict more trauma on to us by abusing their authority and trying to use their badges and title to play games with our lives! I don't recommend this place to nobody and good luck to everyone who comes to this Stressful situation! It's sad that Prison gave me More Serenity and Tranquility than this place!

My fiancé just got released and not only were his basic rights disregarded . Multiple cases of staff “misplacing medications “ for people that were physically dependent on them BECAUSE THEY GOT PAYED TO. Not only was their mold in his light fixture but it also leaked water . FROM A LIGHT. when he reported it they spray painted the mold white and put duct tape so it would leak elsewhere . A toilet burst a few weeks ago and they did nothing but shut the water off and soak it up with rags. They (were) run at the beginning of his stay by a racist unprofessional lady that came from being a server at dennys . Released people early that failed drug tests but residents that actually work the program do the entire 6 months. It’s finally being ran by a director that seems more fit for the position but the amount of unruly treatment my loved one was subjected to was absolutely unbearable . They don’t focus on the needs of their residents . The meals constantly consist of French fries for breakfast lunch and dinner . Not helping or caring what happens to residents that need help with housing . CHARGING MONEY to them for antidepressants . And dispensing high grade narcotics with no licensing or classes by their staff. We are aware that felons do break the law and need to change but for people that want to or are trying to , doesn’t mean their rights don’t matter . My significant other is a better man because of this place , but it’s all thanks to him pushing himself to not be put in the unbearable living conditions again. Worse than jail at some point .They didn’t let him get a better job because they couldn’t take the credit for finding it . I have an entire notebook of bullcrap that seems illegal and this place has been reaping more benefits than has helped people change their lives . If we knew how to report how unprofessional and miscommunicated and mismanaged this place was with any negative repercussions we would . Don’t expect your loved ones to get out early and not get some if not all their rights violated and for them to be taken advantage of because they all are. I’d put a negative 10 stars if I could.
