I have paid $8,000 to JRE for a glass awning. It took almost a year to get the glass. And now that glass has been leaning against the side of my house, uninstalled, for an additional 4 months because JRE didn't order the rods needed to hold the awning the correct length. WHERE ARE THE REPLACEMENT RODS AND HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT IT TAKES 4 MONTHS TO HAVE THEM FABRICATED?

In addition, the company hired to install the awning is no longer doing that kind of work. So not only do I not have the parts necessary to install the awning but I no longer have an installer should the parts ever show up.

For shame JRE!

I would like to share that my experience with anyone who is thinking about purchasing any hardware at J.R.E Hardware. They did a great job to guide me to the proper hardware and options for a Barn door that I was installing in my ensuite bathroom. They helped me with installation and extra suggestions on how to assemble the hardware to the top of the door.
Rob T. One of their installers give a heads up what they could do to prep the rail that the rollers travel on to open and close the door. Farther more, the other staff were accommodating and friendly. A satisfied customer Gary Mc.

I am absolutely thrilled with our new glass railings. Our old deck was ugly and falling apart so these are such an improvement. We chose short posts with etched glass and are so happy with our choice. The etched glass provides a lot of additional privacy and the short post system was really easy for my husband to install. We’ll definitely be considering adding some interior railings from JRE down the road!

A big “Thank you” to JRE Hardware and Rob in particular for the help and assistance I received with my folding, sliding glass project. This enable me to glass in our undercover area and will extend our use through the Fall and into the Spring while also being able to open up the area during the hot summer days. The project was a steep learning curve for me but Rob was always there to help with advice and suggestions and check over my measurements. The system is fantastic, no frame work around the glass so there is a totally clear, uninterrupted view of our garden. We are already getting a lot of pleasure from our area and very positive comments from friends.
