My wife and I drove over an hour to purchase a Hottub from here. We got there and there was a sign on the door saying they were closed today. There was no mention of this on their website or on google. It was extremely frustrating.

What a pleasure doing business with this establishment! Gordon who sold us our spa was just lovely. He is so knowledgeable and so kind and took so much time explaining all the features of our purchase and walked us through every step of the install process. Jesse and his team who delivered our spa to our home were fantastic! They were so friendly and respectful of our property. What a welcomed change of pace from other delivery companies we have worked with in the past. The wrong cover was accidentally delivered and Jesse personally brought the correct cover to us the very next day. Cannot recommend this team enough!

From start to finish, High Altitude Hot Tubs has phenomenal customer service. Gordon from the showroom went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The delivery team was fantastic. Arrived on time and did a great job navigating a tough install. Thank you to Jessie, De Ron, Mauricio and Justen for their care.

The Wellis delivery team was amazing. Jesse and DeRon went WAY above ‘above and beyond’. (Are you kidding me?!? — which they didn’t say — but it would be understandable if they did!)

Jessie and his delivery team did a phenomenal job with our delivery and install. He Cared for our needs and answered every question we had a concern for.

Kept us updated on delivery and returned immediately to install our cover and lifter the next day after our electrician finished working on our hot tub!
