We are so grateful to Get Simple Box for helping Recovery Outreach Community Center move our Connex container today. ROCC is a small nonprofit, and when we reached out online for a moving quote, we asked if nonprofit discounts were available. Nadia responded quickly, took the time to gather the details, and shared that the owners were happy to support our cause by moving the container free of charge.

Purchasing from this company was a great experience! We went to thier site in Salem and were able to pic out exactly what we wanted. The team is very nice and knowledgeable about their product. We needed the container immediately and they agreed to deliver within 2 days of purchase. The delivery couldn't have gone better and they placed it exactly where we wanted it. Steppan, the storage box placement specialist was incredible. We not only got an amazing, instant, best priced storage container (HUGE!) , Steppan put it exactly where we wanted it, which was not easy, but he made it look so easy. They have the best equipment and the best people, Nadia and Steppan, ask for them by name. You will not be disappointed with this team. They are the GOATs of shipping containers in Oregon!!!

I live on 3 acres with 69, over 100', trees. The latest windstorm sheared off branches and crushed two sheds. Get Simple Box had the solution...a shipping container; it can withstand almost anything. I bought a new 20' container, had electrical installed and it was delivered within 3 days. Bought a conex box and had them deliver it to our home. Simple box company was great. From the front deck to the delivery everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. We picked out a box and had it delivered within a few days. They worked with us the whole way. Couldn’t be happier and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a conex . Price was for delivery as no place to mark for actually buying the conex itself.

GET SIMPLE BOX OF SALEM is AWESOME!!!
After over 3 weeks of wait time and showing up with a container that was in horrible condition I canceled my order with the container company I had been dealing with. I then called Get Simple Box of Salem and explained the problem and situation I was in due to not dealing with them from the beginning. Nadia at the Simple Box of Salem was EXTREMELY helpful in the remedy of the problems at hand because of my time crunch. She not only took care of getting me all the documents pertaining to the container that I needed for shipping it down to Guatemala; she was also able to schedule the delivery for the following day. Not an easy thing to do considering they are in Salem and the container was delivered to Bend, Oregon. Simple Box of Salem was able to accomplish in less than 27 hours what the previous company couldn't accomplish in over three weeks. Trevor the driver was absolutely a delight in letting me know when he was about 30 minute away from the delivery destination and was able to place the container EXACTLY where it needed to be for me to load it. The prices are reasonable and the service was EXCEPTIONALLY EXCELLENT. My experience of dealing with Nadia and Trevor of Simple Box of Salem on a 5 star rating system is: 5 STARS PLUS!!! based on

Simple Box of Salem was fantastic to work with. From the first phone call to walking us through all the options and price, our experience was great. The driver did an amazing job getting the 40’ container behind our barn through very tight spaces. If you are considering a conex box you need to give Simple Box a call.

I called Simple Box and they delivered to my area, when other companys did not. I live in a rural area on the Oregon Coast and they brought the box out from Salem. The driver was really friendly and skilled at putting the box in just the right place. 😲😃 Very cool!
We were doing a remodel of our home and basically all of our furniture was in the box in the driveway while our floors were torn out and redone and our whole kitchen redone! The box kept everything safe and nice. No mold or bugs or critters got into our things and we had access whenever we wanted. So much Easier than having to haul to a storage unit somewhere and back. I loved the fact that I could use the box as long as I needed it. This was a big transition and we are loving the new style of our home. Thank you Simple Box for helping with this process you made it easy for me to have a safe space to keep my things, I appreciate the type of boxes you have they are great! Such an incredible service to have! From top to bottom the most effecient, friendly and cost effective onsite storage company. I needed a storage trailer as we remodeled our home. From the first phone call with Nadia, every question was answered including the rental fee. Immediate and careful delivery and placement of the trailer with all questions and insructions. I chose Get Simple because they had a competitive price and their location was fairly close to mine so I was able to go in to look at boxes and choose the one I wanted. I am a strong supporter of great customer service. They may not have been the least expensive place to get a container from, but the experience was 100% top notch. Getting a box was the easiest thing ever. We went to the location, we saw exactly what we wanted, snapped a photo, and had it delivered the next day. I was promised a 12-4 delivery window, the driver called at 12 said he'd be there in 25 minutes, and he showed up in 25 minutes. Driver was great about maneuvering around some difficult obstacles, placed the container exactly where I wanted it.
I purchased a one trip 20 ft box it looks great.
Prior to dealing with simple box I tried several of those discount dealers all over facebook, they promised me anything I wanted but communication was always fishy, and I decided the risk was too great, I'm glad I didn't give them any money.

Fantastic customer service. Very prompt responses to voicemail and excellent service. Very knowledgeable. The deliver driver was one of the best. Put the storage unit exactly where I wanted it even if it took him 45 minutes of back and forth. Made it fit perfectly. I would but from Get Simple Box before any other storage container business.

We've ordered and received (1) 20' box from GET Simple on 2 separate occasions, to different locations and we couldn't be happier! Having the option to view and inspect the boxes at their yard is a great option to pick out the box you want. The gentleman that i met at the yard was very responsive and also pointed out the flaws some of the boxes had and mentioned he was going to fix or repair to their high standards before selling them. Coordination of delivery couldn't have been simpler. They gave me dates that were available and I picked one and they delivered in the timeframe promised and in the EXACT location on my property without me even being there! Very kind people with great attitudes!! I will use them again...and again, when necessary!
