Half of the methods used are negative reinforcement and half seemed to be positive.
I took my dog out of the training as I was very uncomfortable with the methods the trainer wanted to use half way through the 10 week course.
The methods used are 'Koehler' and are very outdated, they came about in world war I, Negative reinforcement and punishment are the main teaching ways of traditional training (Koehler) and are damaging to the dog.
I wish I had not paid upfront as you will not get a refund.
I have heard very good things about Bark Busters and wish I had gone to them.
