Very inconsistent. All three clips have been different. Took a photo in and they still didnât get it right. Charged me extra for a âspecialtyâ cut without telling me beforehand. Same cut as the previous ones that I wasnât charged extra for. Had me over a barrel at that point. Not going back.

Great drop in experience for nail clippings. Took the dogs right away and was quick. Let me know things I could work on for training in a polite manner.

Hassle-free walk in service for a nail trim. I was in and out within 10 minutes Saturday morning. The lady running the place is very friendly and the price was very reasonable!

I have been bringing my great pyrenees here for 5 years. As he gets older he is less patient with getting groomed. He is 160 pounds for reference. However, these ladies are amazing and make him look soo amazing. Due to his breed it is very hard to keep up with all the hair, so this has been a life saver. The cost for my giant breed with all the services they include is reasonable.

Poor customer service!! They are like narcissist groomers who blame everything on the customer and does not hold accountability on obvious mistakes they do. Avoid at all costs! Terrible experience from booking until leaving the shop. Looking at the other reviews here, this shop has been getting bad reviews for many years and has been responding so passive aggressively. They even say "We're humans after all" to excuse rude behaviour. Customer service is nonexistent in this shop! Dont make the same mistake I did. Trust the reviews and find another groomer for your pets!

Been a customer for over 15 years and I would say they are the most awesome people I have got my kids to be taken care of always! Ziggy, Abby and my Kamy always look like a million bucks when I get them back. Thank you

I am new to Silver Springs and needed to get my dogâs nails trimmed. I decided to try 4 Paws Grooming since they offer walk-in nail trims. I called first to be sure they had time and the friendly young woman who answered the phone told me âSure no problem.â My dog is an elderly 40lb tri-pawed Bull Terrier. (She had her right hind leg amputated a few years ago due to cancer.) She is incredibly sweet and has never even growled at a person her entire life. When I arrived, there was an older woman at reception. I explained that my dog was nervous at the groomers and might refuse to go to the back with her. Sure enough, as soon as the woman took the leash, my dog laid down on her side, refusing to move. I explained to her that the previous groomers usually pick her up and carry her to the back room. She looked at me and rudely said âI am not going to pick up your dogâ and proceeded to start dragging my dog across the floor by her collar. My poor old three legged dog, laying on her side, being dragged by her neck across the floor. I said âThis is not going to happenâ and took the leash away and walked out with my dog. I was shaken! About 10 minutes later, I went back to speak to the Manager to let her know what happened. I was shocked to find out that the woman I had encountered was actually the owner of the business. I saw her watching on from the back room, leaving the young woman at reception to apologize for her actions. Itâs terrifying to think that if she was willing to treat my dog like that right in front of me, just how she might treat all of the vulnerable dogs in her care when no one is watching.

We have been bringing our Great Pyrenees to 4 Paws Grooming for many years now and they always take such good care of him. He is a tough customer with so much fur and often matted hair since we usually only professionally groom him once a year so I know its not an easy job but he always comes out looking amazing! He is now almost 11 and he is a naturally skiddish dog but never has any issues going there and always comes out happy. They also are very knowledgeable and have always had a our dogs best interest in mind acknowledging his age and adjusting grooming as needed. Thanks for taking good care of my old guy!We don't know what we would do without you 4 paws!
