After checking the cracks and asking a few questions, Yuriy explained what was happening and reassured me that my foundation was fine. I hired them to do waterproofing for a basement of a 100 year old house with cinderblock walls. They had a crew on site just a few days after the owner came to give a quote (since I discovered unexpected water damage and leaks and was on a very tight deadline). What’s even more shocking, it was done in just a couple days. They broke out 50 linear feet of the basement concrete floor to install a weeping system, and a pit for a sump pump. I don’t know how they managed to complete the job so fast. Even more amazing is I expected to walk in at the end and see the area covered in concrete dust and debris, but it was spotless. Aside from the new waterproof membrane on the wall and fresh concrete covering the new weeping tile, you would never know any work was done there. Incredible company and experience, and very fair pricing.

I hired this company to waterproof my leaking basement. It continued to leak immediately after the job. I complained and the company blew me off. I hired another company and found that Quality Age Build has used "scraps" of membrane rather than a continuous sheet. A ridiculously incompetent job was done and no accountability.
