Wow! Danan made buying a house so easy!
I was new to home buying, and have heard so may bad stories from friends and family about terrible agents.

Danan was very professional and never made me feel uncomfortable, he helped me every step of the way! He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer, to working with the mortgage broker, including helping me to find a really good broker.
This made it so much easier to move in less than 3 months.

Danan is extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable throughout the entire process. He really cared about us, understood our needs from the very first open house even giving us ideas on how to better utilize the space. He was always available to answer our questions and to show us the the homes at any time we asked.

I was even in recently Vegas and called upon Danan as I was looking for an investment property. Even though I was aware that Danan’s operation of business is in Washington, I have decided to call upon him any way, just to see in which ways he could have helped. I was not at all surprised that he was able to connect me with a great agent in the city of Las Vegas, who immediately made connections with me the following day to view some of the properties.

Purchasing an investment property can get a bit overwhelming. Danan is truly a professional who knows what it takes to get the job done. Closing on our new property was a breeze and as our agent, Danan provided great and detailed communication that kept us informed every step of the way. Danan helped us with our purchase of a house in Ocean Shores, Wa. When we were interested in purchasing another property in Arizona we contacted him as well. Though he was not able to help us directly for the purchase of a house in Arizona, he got us connected to a lender and a real estate agent to help us. He followed through and made sure that the lender and real estate agent had contacted us and was answering our questions and doing what we requested.
