Happy Go Lucky has been amazing with my dogs, Adonis and Aphrodite. Finding someone you truly trust with your pets is not easy, especially when they mean so much to you, but they have gone above and beyond.

They are reliable, caring, professional, and genuinely treat my dogs like their own. Adonis and Aphrodite are always excited to see them, which says everything. I love knowing they are getting exercise, attention, and care while I’m busy working.

Communication has always been great, and I really appreciate the updates and peace of mind. I highly recommend Happy Go Lucky to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dependable dog walking company.

I have been using Happy Go Lucky Pets for 3 months now and it has been a fantastic experience! Right from the very beginning I know they were the right choice. I have a 9 year old mixed lab who can be slow to warm up. My partner and I were worried about how she would do with a new person. We met with the owner and our walker and immediately felt better. It took 2 walks for our dog walker to become our dogs favourite person!! On every walk we got several photos and a report card so we know exactly how it went every time. She’s a pretty high energy dog so a one hour walk is necessary for her mental stimulation. Through the dog walkers we found out that our dog loves watching the ducks on the lake! We will continue to use Happy Go Lucky Pets as much as we can in the future!

Michelle has been walking my senior Bernese Mountain Dog and has shown us nothing but love and kindness. I also love the service platform that Happy Go Lucky uses to book the walks - it’s easy and quick and allows for my dogs day by day needs to be accommodated - some days she’s able to walk a full hour some days she’s not. Finding a credible, reliable and flexible dog walking service was top of mind when I returned part time to the office in September and Happy Go Lucky made this transition a lot easier - thank you Michelle and Tanya for the amazing service you provide!!!

We have been with Happy Go Lucky for 2 months now and it has been our best decision yet! Our puppy, Willow May loves her walks and cuddles (when she was recovering from her spay surgery)! Michelle is so kind, patience and attentive to Willow! The team responds so quickly and makes sure our request is done throughly! They are so reliable, trustworthy, and loving! It is so hard to leave our little ones but we know she is in amazing hands everyday! 💗 We also love the reports and photos during our work day!!!

Tanya walks my dog Bear every weekday. Bear is a sweet 80lb black lab/shepherd. He absolutely loves her and looks forward to their walks together. I am so lucky to have found such a reliable and trustworthy dog walker in this area. I’d recommend Tanya and her team to anyone looking for a pet sitter/walker. Her app system is amazing which records their pick up time, their route and a bunch of cute photos of their journey. I feel good knowing Bear is in such good hands.

Tanya is absolutely amazing with my rescue dog. She has so much patience, communicates clearly, and follows instructions. I always feel confident knowing my dog is in her care. Highly recommend the dog walking services!

Update:

I started using the dog walking services a few months ago and was initially very happy. Unfortunately, my experience changed after a recent walk where I came home to find my rescue dog very stressed. One of the things I loved about the company was their app and daily report cards, but that day some important details were not communicated, and a few house rules I’d requested, like removing shoes indoors, weren’t followed.

Overall, I’d still recommend their services for most dogs, but it just didn’t work out for my rescue who needs a gentler and more patient approach.
