Ciara was the best party host ever. I gave her our cake and toppers and she decorated it for us. I showed her a picture I had and she made it happen! And I would say even better than the picture I showed her. She was so sweet and genuine. She helped decorate and checked on us every 10 minutes. One of the best services I ever had. She deserves a raise!

Was blown away by how large and fantastic this indoor play place is!!! So many fun things to do from the play structure, arcade games, mini cars to ride on, giant building blocks, toddler play area! It was very clean and the staff was so friendly, we will definitely be back!

They have a snack bar with items like chips, soda and uncrustables.

The dinosaur mascot was so cute and came out to take pictures with the kid's, they loved it!

There's also a dark room with lights in it and music playing that the kids loved dancing in!

They host parties and you can even bring your own food in (depending on the package you get)! I feel like it's rare to find a place that allows your own food!

We felt so safe here since the doors to get into the playplace have to be opened by staff so kids can't just run out.

We also loved that everyone had to be in socks in the whole place, one of the reasons it's so clean!

Excellent indoor play space! My kids were invited to a birthday party here and had a lot of fun. I even climbed up with them!

The main one is three tiers of various obstacles, a soccer field, a pit of giant plastic Legos that the kids made a castle with, a race track, 2 giant slides and all sorts of climbing towers.

The toddler play space is smaller, but just as fun (though none of my kids were 4 or younger, so they weren't allowed in for the little ones' safety).

If that isn't your thing, they also have a small room of laser projections in time with the music to dance with it, and their arcade is small but has all of the classics I'm looking for, including the almost impossible to find Stepmania X!

The staff was amazing, everything was clean and well taken care of, and their mascot came out to give the Birthday girl and guests hugs. Well worth the money the host spent, and we plan on going back for ourselves!

Dumb place. They make older kids pay even if they’re not going to play, and they were rude about it too. My son is 14 and had zero interest in jumping around with little kids. They gave him a blue wristband that basically meant he could only sit down, only because I told them he would just wait outside in a chair since I was not paying $22 for him to sit there.

When I explained that, they told me if he got up for any reason they would come to me and make me pay. Completely unnecessary attitude and horrible customer service.

The only reason I stayed calm and smiled was because I came with family members. We drove all the way from Avondale hoping to let our little ones have a good time, but the experience was disappointing.

After reading a couple of reviews, it honestly seems like this place is more money hungry than customer friendly. Seeing that other people had similar experiences says a lot. Definitely not a place I’d recommend.
